Weather update

In the event of heavy snow fall or other inclement weather conditions you may find there is a long wait for your call to be answered on the Patient Contact Centre telephone number or the number is constantly engaged. You can cancel your MSK Physiotherapy or OT Hand Therapy appointment via email on  patientcontactcentre@nhft.nhs.uk or follow the link on the patient contact centre page on the NHFT web site. Please ensure you provide your name, date of birth, date and time of your appointment and a daytime contact telephone number that we can ring to organise another appointment for you.

If you have a foot ulcer and require urgent advice because you are unable to get to your appointment please contact;

The Diabetes Centre at Kettering General Hospital on 01536 492207 (for patients living in the Corby, Kettering, Wellingborough and East Northants areas) or Battle House Department on 01604 545422 (for patients living in the Northampton and Daventry areas). Alternatively, contact your GP surgery.
