Our service is open to anybody registered with a GP in Northamptonshire with the ability to get to a clinic appointment at various locations across the county although housebound patients can be referred to the District Nurses for a continence assessment.
Who is this service for? Adults needing help to manage bowel and bladder symptoms.
How to access this service: Referral is via a healthcare professional or you can refer yourself by sending your name, postal and email addresses and phone number to the contact details provided. The team recommend any changes in bowel or bladder function are discussed with your GP first
