NHFT THRIVE Awards
Our THRIVE Awards are an opportunity to celebrate our colleagues, recognising them for delivering outstanding care, living our values, and making a real difference to the people we serve.
Our Patient and Carer Choice Award is now open for nominations all year round.
This special award is driven by the voices of our patients, service users, carers and families. We know how much it means to our colleagues to hear directly from the people they have cared for, and the impact of receiving a nomination is often hard to put into words.
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to recognise exceptional care and support from members of Team NHFT. Nominations can be submitted at any time throughout the year, with all nominations received being considered for the 2027 THRIVE Awards.
*Please note that the Patient and Carer Choice Award recognises colleagues and teams working for NHFT. If you would like to recognise staff from another NHS organisation, please contact that organisation directly to find out about their recognition schemes.
