Specialist and Secured Services

At NHFT, we believe every person deserves high-quality, compassionate healthcare-no matter where they are. Our secured services team delivers integrated care across prisons and immigration removal centres, supporting some of the most vulnerable individuals in our society.

We are proud and excited that NHFT is going to be the healthcare provider for seven additional secured sites across Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire between July 2025 and April 2026. AT the end of this period, we will provide healthcare across 14 different sites, delivering a full range of services including:

  • Mental Health
  • Substance Misuse Services
  • Specialist and Integrated Healthcare  

Our approach is trauma-informed, compassion-focused, and designed to reduce reoffending by addressing the root causes of behavioural challenges. 

Our specialist services provide support individuals across a range of settings, providing compassionate person-centred care.
