Adult Services - Specialist Nursing - Multiple SclerosisThe Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Specialist Nursing Service provides expert care, advice and support for people with a confirmed diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) living in the North of Northamptonshire, as well as their families and carers.
Our experienced specialist nurses work across community settings, providing personalised care through outpatient clinics and, where clinically appropriate, home visits. Working within the community enables us to deliver responsive, person-centred care tailored to individual needs.
Regular clinics are held at locations across the north of the county to make the service as accessible as possible.

- People with a confirmed diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) living in the north of Northamptonshire.
- Families and carers who require advice and support.

How do I register for this service?
If you live in the North of Northamptonshire
Most referrals are made through your GP.
If your diagnosis has been confirmed by a hospital consultant, you can also self-refer by telephone or post.
If referring by post, please include:
- Your full name
- Date of birth
- Home address
- Contact telephone number and/or email address
- Date of diagnosis
- The name of the consultant who confirmed your diagnosis
If you live in the South of Northamptonshire:
Please contact your GP, who will advise you on the appropriate local MS services and referral process.
