Children's 0-19 ServicesWelcome to our Thriving In Life service for young people aged 11-19, as well as their families and carers, living in North Northamptonshire. We give support to families to achieve the best outcomes possible.
The Thriving In Life service includes:
- School nursing (for school-aged children)
- Youth work practitioners
This service is run by NHFT and the REACH collaborative.
Who is this service for? Families across North Northamptonshire. We offer a service for all, while supporting those who might need specific help.
How do I register for this service?
We accept referrals from any professional who is working with a child, young person and their families. We use one generic referral form which enables professionals to refer to the 0-19 service.
