Secured Services - HMP Littlehey

We use an integrated service focuses on primary care, mental health, and substance misuse. Our care for offenders suffering long-term illnesses and mental health problems is provided onsite at prisons and inpatient units, as well as in the community.

HMP Littlehey is a category C prison for men convicted of a sex offence. It is located in the Cambridgeshire countryside near the town of Huntingdon.

Northamptonshire Healthcare provide a full healthcare service at this prison. This includes primary healthcare (medical, nursing and pharmacy), mental health, substance misuse, and a wide range of other essential health Services.

HMP Littlehey has a large cohort of older prisoners and NHFT have bespoke pathways for both life limiting conditions and a specialist palliative care team.
