On Monday 15 September 2025, Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (NHFT) hosted its Annual Showcase - a combined Annual General Meeting of the Council of Governors and Annual Public and Members' Meeting (APMM).
Held virtually via Microsoft Teams, the event invited people from across Northamptonshire, NHFT colleagues and beyond to join us online, reflect on the Trust's achievements during 2024/25, and celebrate the launch of our new THRIVE strategy.

Attendees heard from Chief Executive Angela Hillery, current Chair Crishni Waring, and were introduced to incoming Interim Chair Designate Faisal Hussain, who will officially join NHFT in November 2025.
'THRIVE in Action'
The meeting featured two powerful case studies that brought the THRIVE strategy to life:
- The Adult Community Mental Health team outlined their new approach to risk formulation within NHFT's mental health services.
- The Intermediate Care Team provided an overview of their services and spoke about their recent nomination for a prestigious HSJ Award.

If you're passionate about local healthcare and want to stay informed, get involved, or help shape the future of services, consider becoming a member of NHFT. Membership is free and open to anyone aged 12 and over. As a member, you'll receive updates, invitations to events, and opportunities to share your views.
