Start 2026 with our Trust Strategy webinar

We're delighted to invite you to our Trust Strategy webinar, an opportunity for NHFT members, service users and the wider public to help shape the future direction of our organisation. As we look ahead to the next five years, your insight and experiences are key in ensuring we continue to deliver outstanding, compassionate care for our communities.

On Wednesday 28 January 2026 at 5pm, NHFT governors and senior leaders will host a webinar exploring how our vision, mission and strategy will guide our work. Alison Gilmour, Director of Strategy and Partnerships for NHFT and LPT, will provide an update on our THRIVE strategy and outline our plans for 2026/27.

Developed jointly with Leicestershire Partnership and Northamptonshire Healthcare Associate University Group, THRIVE sets out how our organisations will work together to improve health outcomes and support people across our communities to thrive.

We'll also hear from David Williams, Executive Director of Strategy and Partnerships, who will discuss the opportunities presented by Integrated Health Care Organisations and how system-wide collaboration can strengthen the care we provide. In addition, Richard Smith and Tracey Davies will introduce the newly launched 2026 Governor Elections, highlighting how members can play an active role in shaping NHFT's future.

Throughout the session, we'll be seeking your views, ideas and lived experiences. Your voice matters, and this webinar is a valuable opportunity to influence our aims, priorities and the services we deliver.
