You are invited to NHFT Annual Public and Member Meeting

This year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Council of Governors and Annual Public and Members’ Meeting (APMM) is set to take place on Monday 20 September from 5.30pm.

The event will take place via Microsoft teams, enabling you to join us from anywhere. To join us for the event, please complete the online form here.

The theme will focus on how we can look after ourselves and each other, with NHFT guest speakers providing you with the tools to look after your physical and mental wellbeing.

This annual opportunity to reflect on past achievements and look ahead to what’s next. Crishni Waring, Chair of NHFT, will host the event alongside Angela Hillery, Chief Executive, and NHFT Governors. The event will showcase what the trust has been doing over the last financial year, as well as highlighting just some of the ways it has adapted throughout the pandemic.

Crishni Waring, Chair of NHFT explained: “Our Annual Public and Members’ Meeting provides us with a chance to proudly showcase how our staff, volunteers and service users have made a difference over the last year. It’s a great opportunity for the community we care for to join us for a practical session led by NHFT clinicians on how we can look after our wellbeing. It is essential that we take the time out to focus on our physical and mental wellbeing, and this will be a real chance to take away some practical skills to adopt into everyday life.”

If you would like to submit a question to be answered in the meeting, please email foundationtrust@nhft.nhs.uk by Friday 17 September.
