Whilst patient and service user feedback is important to us, the Trust has also made the decision to suspend all responses to IWantGreatCare (IWGC) until further notice to allow our clinical staff to focus on delivering patient care.

Service users, patients and carers may still wish to give feedback about their experience, and it is important you still have the opportunity to do so. You can still offer feedback through IWGC online or through the Patient Advice and Liaison (PALS) team by emailing pals@nhft.nhs.uk


We want to make it easy for our patients, services users and carers to feedback and rate our services. That’s why we joined the iWantGreatCare initiative.

iWantGreatCare makes it simple and safe for you to provide ratings and reviews of our service. Your doctor, dentist or anyone else, will not identify you unless you choose to include confidential details in your review or feedback.

Your comments will make a difference. They will be read by other patients looking for advice on care, as well as the Trust’s iWantGreatCare Team, who read and respond to reviews submitted on the site.
