Mental Health Integrated Response Hub – join us at our virtual recruitment event!

Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (NHFT) is holding an online recruitment day on Saturday 28 March 2020 between 10am and 11am on our Facebook Page, for our newly launched Mental Health Integrated Response Hub, providing one number to receive and/or access mental health support in the county.

  • CALLING ALL MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS: BAND 5 AND 6 ROLES AVAILABLE!

Attending the recruitment day will be simple and easy to access, in the comfort of your own home with questions being asked online via Facebook live as well as the chat option. Even if you join the conversation online to find out more – you are more than welcome too!

If you would like to apply ahead of the day you can do so via the links below. The deadline for applications is Wednesday 25 March. All shortlisted candidates will be offered an online interview for the role.

The recruitment event is happening at an exciting time for mental health professionals, with the opportunity to join a new and innovative Integrated Response Hub in the mental health sector working alongside our third sector partners.

This partnership working has enabled us to launch the counties first Integrated Mental Health Hub that will provide an open access front door to all mental health service in the county. This includes the development of a phone based central service for the initial screening, triage and support of those in crisis alongside the further development of extended Crisis Cafes options within the county and Hubs within Northampton and Kettering.

The development of these services will seek to ensure that we are better meeting the needs of our service users and carers by providing a greater range of responsive and flexible services both in an out of hours.

The role requires flexibility as the role is based on service user need with an emphasis on early intervention. The role requires a practitioner that can ‘think outside the box’ where taking initiative is essential.
