People across Northamptonshire and beyond are invited to catch up on Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust's Annual General Meeting of the Council of Governors and Annual Public and Members' Meeting (APMM) - or 'Annual Showcase' for short - reflecting on our year 2024//25 and celebrating the launch of our new THRIVE strategy.

The online meeting, which took place on Monday 15 September 2025, is now available for anyone to watch back on demand. You will hear from our Chief Executive, Angela Hillery, our current Joint Chair Crishni Waring and meet our incoming Interim Joint Chair, Faisal Hussain, who will be joining the Trust in November 2025.

The meeting showcases two THRIVE in Action case studies: one from Adult Community Mental Health, outlining their new risk formulation approach within NHFT's mental health services, and another from the Intermediate Care Team, who provide an overview of their services and speak about their recent nomination for a prestigious HSJ Award.

As well as hearing about the Trust's recent achievements, the meeting looks ahead to plans and priorities for the year ahead.

"We're joined by inspiring guest speakers who share how their work is making a real difference for patients and service users.

"The event also reflects on our future plans and opportunities as part of our 'THRIVE' group strategy and the national priorities set out in the Fit for the Future long term NHS plan.
