#NHS1000miles
#NHS1000miles
In 2018 the NHS celebrated its 70th birthday and this was also the year the #NHS1000miles challenge was born.
Social media groups were created for people undertaking the challenge to log their walking, running, swimming, cycling and other exercise, share their journeys in photos and encourage others to join in.
Inspired and want to join this year’s #NHS1000miles challenge?
It’s never too late to join! This is an inclusive challenge – just keep a note of your mileage each day. Total it up and share at 7:30pm each Sunday evening using #NHS1000miles along with your photos from the week to encourage others.
