Recovery College Autumn term courses now LIVE
We're launching the Autumn term of our Recovery College, offering a new range of free courses focused on mental health, wellbeing and recovery.
Open to NHFT service users, carers, volunteers and members of the wider community, the Recovery College provides a welcoming space where everyone can learn together. Courses are designed and delivered through co-production, meaning they bring together professional knowledge and lived experience.
Whether you're looking to better understand mental health, build confidence, develop practical skills, or support your own recovery journey, the Recovery College offers learning that is accessible and supportive.
Summer term successes
During the summer term, 269 people enrolled with the Recovery College. Students made 378 bookings across 36 courses , showing that the Recovery College remains a popular place to learn and look after your wellbeing.
What courses can I expect this Autumn?
The Autumn term programme will include a range of online and in person courses covering topics such as:

In the summer term, the Recovery College had 74 DNAs (did not attend)
