Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust delivers a comprehensive range of physical and mental health services principally, but not exclusively, to the 700,000 population of Northamptonshire. We are seeking to recruit two Non-Executive Directors to join our well established Board. Integral to our success, they will help drive forward our strategy to build a strong, sustainable organisation that provides joined up pathways of care that meet the individual needs of our patients. Whether a first-time NED or not, we are willing to consider senior individuals with board-level experience from the public or private sectors with the vision and expertise to play a pivotal role in the success of the Trust.
You will understand the complexities of working in a multi-site operation, bring high levels of personal and business integrity and be able to ensure exemplary standards of quality, probity and governance. With the ability to challenge and debate constructively in a Board environment, your commitment and engagement with patients, carers and the community will be consistent with our values, leading to successful outcomes for us and our patients.
