The NHFT Talking Therapies Menopause Workshop aims to help anyone who thinks they might be going through any stage of the menopause (Perimenopause, Menopause or Post-menopause) and experiencing low mood or anxiety. This is typically experienced 45 years+ but can be younger ages therefore our webinar is open to all.

In the workshop you can learn more about the stages of menopause, how this can impact your mood and importantly – how we can help you help yourself in managing these symptoms. It is an online webinar run live by therapists which you can access from the comfort of your own home, at your own convenience. Join live and you will have the option to ask the therapists questions in real time that will be shared anonymously.

Can’t make the time and date offered? Don’t worry, we are flexible – all our webinar workshops are recorded so you can catch up later at a time that suits you.
