NHFT publishes 2025/26 Annual Report and Accounts
Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (NHFT) has published its Annual Report for the financial year 2025/26.
The Annual Report is a review of what we did in our Trust between 1 April 2025 and 31 March 2026. It includes information about our performance across the year, from clinical, operational to financial. It describes our organisation, governance and leadership and reviews the care we provided to the communities we serve. The annual report is divided into three sections.
- Performance report, in which we share our history, purpose and model, along with our strategy, mission and objectives. It also analyses our performance and activities.
- Accountability report, covering how we are governed, led and organised, how we are accountable for the care we provide and what our Trust was focused on this year.
- Finance report, including our financial performance and status in 2025/26. It includes tables showing the funding we received and how this was used to deliver services to patients, maintain our facilities and run the organisation.
NHFT Chief Executive Angela Hillery, said:
"We are pleased to publish our Annual Report and Accounts for 2025/26 setting out our activity and achievements for the last financial year.
"At the heart of everything we do are our patients, service users, carers and communities. We want to be responsive and our report shows how we have strengthened quality and safety, further improved our learning culture and continued to focus on what matters most to the people who use our services.
"We value our people, who remain the greatest strength of our organisation. We are incredibly proud of the dedication, professionalism and compassion shown by colleagues every day. This year, we have deepened our focus on leadership, wellbeing, inclusion and colleague engagement, listening carefully to feedback and taking action to support a positive, compassionate working culture where everyone can thrive."
