William Wake House and Fitzroy HouseWe provide specialist services for men with a brain injury or neurological condition which means they need inpatient care in a medium secure environment.
Our patients are men with complex neuropsychiatric conditions, including acquired or traumatic brain injury, early onset dementia, stroke, epilepsy, Huntington's disease or Parkinson's disease, and associated physical or mental health needs.
This provides a safe environment where expert staff can support patients to understand and start to manage their brain injuries in a positive way, helping them to find hope and see a life worth living. It also offers safe and supported spaces for patients to learn new skills as part of their rehabilitation towards living in the community again.
Who is this service for? Men with an acquired or traumatic brain injury or neurological condition who meet the criteria for medium secure care.
