Angela Hillery, chief executive of Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (NHFT), and Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust (LPT) has been named as the number two chief executive in the NHS by Health Service Journal's (HSJ) prestigious Top 50 rankings for 2025.
