NHFT and third sector to open integrated response hub

A new partnership between NHFT and the third sector will see improved access to mental health services.

A new integrated response hub for mental health services is being developed, giving members of the public and their carers one number to call for access to the majority of the mental health services available in the county.

The integrated response hub will be run by NHFT and the Mental Health Northants Collaboration, allowing individuals to quickly receive the support they need whether it is from an NHS or third sector service.

This transformational work follows successful partnership working between NHFT and the third sector on projects including the drop-in Crisis Cafes, which are available across the county.

The integrated response hub is due to open in late 2019.
