We have recently introduced the new roles of Hospitality Assistants across our inpatient areas (both mental health and community beds) as well as departments and clinics which are located across Northamptonshire at a number of different sites.
We have flexible roles available at our sites across Northamptonshire. We will work with you on working hours and locations that suit– our Hospitality Assistant roles on our bank support this.
This role does not require clinical qualifications or previous experience as you will be working as part of an integrated multi professional team and providing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Facilities team lead. The role is a crucial part of supporting our clinical teams and will assist in maintaining safe and hygienic environments via a range of duties. Examples of specific care that the post holder includes providing personal care, dressing, moving and handling and providing nutritional support to patients. Communicating with patients, families and other colleagues and documenting care provided.
