Christmas can be a difficult time of year for some, and we know that it has been a strange year for all of us.

If you, or someone you know, is experiencing mental health concerns over the Christmas period – there is support available.

If you're concerned about immediate risk of harm, to yourself or someone else phone 999.

The Mental Health Number provides round the clock mental health support for people across Northamptonshire, including NHFT service users and carers. You can call a friendly mental health navigators on 0800 448 0828 – there is someone to speak to 24 hours a day, seven days a week including across Christmas. A mental health navigator will help you get the support that you need.

If you find yourself in a crisis or in need of a listening hear, our Crisis Cafes across the county are open over Christmas. Click here to view the timetable and locations. Drop by and let’s have a cup of tea and talk.
