Starting Monday 29 June until Friday 3 July we have a mixture of live sessions, prerecorded sessions, virtual marketplace stalls, tips and tasters to help us improve our health and wellbeing as we continue to work through the COVID-19 pandemic.

There is so much happening during the week, you can see that from the week’s programme!  We have something for everyone.  In addition to activity sessions, we have a number of personal stories being shared across the week and of course our key headliners including Colonel Dame Kelly Holmes; mental health advocate and former professional footballer, Clarke Carlisle; former SAS soldier Colin Maclachlan; adventurer and natural history TV Presenter, Steve Backshall; and GP and resident Doctor on BBC Breakfast, Dr Rangan Chatterjee. The activity taster sessions include yoga, running for health, baking for wellbeing, mindfulness, how to look after your back, and so much more.

It is  a jam packed week with lots to do, learn and maybe even take up in the future.  More importantly it’s all at your fingertips, online, FREE and open to you all week to try new things, and have as much or as little fun as you want.
