NHS Corby and NHS Nene Clinical Commissioning Groups are the main commissioners of our services. The majority of our services are funded under block contracts, however the purchasing environment within the NHS is changing rapidly – especially with the development of structures like any qualified provider (AQP) and payment by results. Healthcare is becoming a much more competitive market environment.

The document store below provides links to further information about our finances. This includes our budget reports, which are discussed at our regular meetings of the Board of Directors and our Annual Report and Accounts, which describe how we use our funding to develop and deliver our services.

Spend over £25,000

In the documents library below, you will find lists of all financial transactions spending over £25,000 made by NHFT, as part of the government's commitment to transparency in public expenditure. These lists are updated on a monthly basis.

Procurement and tenders

Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is in an agreement with Local Government Shared Services (LGSS) to use a joint eSourcing portal (Due North). The system enables and supports suppliers so they only need to register once on the portal. This allows them to tender for a wide range of professional and transactional services for the following public sector organisations and local authorities:

  • Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (NHFT)
  • Cambridgeshire County Council
  • Northamptonshire County Council
  • Northampton Borough Council
  • Daventry District Council

This will apply to all procurement processes irrespective of value.

If you wish to tender or quote for Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust contracts in the future, you are required to register an account on the Due North portal. Please note that there are no costs associated with registering on this portal. Details on how to register can be found by clicking here.
