The “new normal” when visiting NHFT

Cartoon wearing a face covering

If you are due to visit an NHFT building, there are some additional things which we need you to do to help keep everyone safe and reduce the spread of COVID-19.

All visitors, carers and service users are required to wear a face covering (over your nose and mouth) at all times while in any NHFT building. If you have any questions regarding this please speak to a member of our team as soon as you arrive, or prior to your visit.

We have provided hand santiser throughout our buildings, please take the opportunity to use these when you enter and leave the building, and wash your hands when using any facilities.

We are striving to ensure that all of our colleagues, service users, carers and visitors are safe while on a NHFT site, please maintain a distance of two metres where possible. Where this can’t be achieved, please remember to keep at least one metre distance.

Thank you for your support in adhering to this guidance. For the latest information on COVID-19 please visit: www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19
