We take a multi-disciplinary approach to caring for our patients, which is highly focused on their needs, and our staff are compassionate, empathetic team-players.”

Sarah Clarke, Recruitment business partner added, “NHFT is a Trust that makes staff wellbeing and engagement a priority; we know that in order to deliver the best possible care to our patients, we also need to support our staff, and the Trust has received national and international recognition for this. Our excellent quality care is reflected in our Outstanding CQC rating and other accreditations, including the accreditation from the Royal College of Psychiatrists that the Forest Centre holds.”
