Adult Services - Specialist Nursing - Multiple SclerosisOur service is available for anyone with a confirmed diagnosis of multiple sclerosis (MS) and their families, living in the north of Northamptonshire. Anyone living in the south of the country should contact their GP for services available to them.
Our nursing service consists of highly skilled specialist nurses who work in the community, either at clinics or people’s homes. Working in the community means the team can provide responsive and tailor-made care.
Clinics are held across the north of the county on a regular basis.
Who is this service for? Anyone with a confirmed diagnosis of multiple sclerosis (MS) and their families, living in the north of Northamptonshire.
How to access this service: Referrals for those living in the north of the county should be made via the GP however if your diagnosis has been confirmed by a consultant you can self-refer by post, email or telephone. Please ensure you provide us with your name and contact number or email address. If you are sending a referral by post please provide the full name, address, contact details, date of birth, date of diagnosis and by whom.
For anyone living in the south of the county, contact your GP.
