Planned Care and Recovery Treatment ServiceThe teams work on a recovery model with the aim of supporting service users to reach the optimum recovery and goals they have set for themselves and if, a service user requires additional support from the wider service to prevent a crisis escalating, then they will call upon resources across the pathway such as home treatment without the need for additional referrals.

Remember smoking is not allowed anywhere, on any NHFT sites.
If you are an inpatient please speak to your ward matron about options for nicotine replacement. All other users (whether service user, visitors or staff) must go offsite if they wish to smoke.
