The Specialist Perinatal Mental Health Service (SPMHS) team will be hosting events to raise awareness of maternal mental health conditions and providing details of the support available in Northamptonshire.
11am – 12noon: Perinatal Team Information stand – Northampton Library
An opportunity to meet members of the team to ask questions and get information.
12noon – 1pm: Webinar – Maternal Mental Health – My Lived Experience
The sharing of stories and experiences allows us to be connected with one another and provides support in overcoming challenges. This session will host a panel sharing their different maternal mental health experiences and providing insight into their shared similarities and differences, fears and concerns felt, and providing hope through sharing their journey to recovery
